What to send for a comparable quotation
Send the BOQ or item list, project city, quantity, material grade or standard, size, finish/coating requirement, preferred make if specified, required delivery date and delivery location. If the specification is incomplete, flag the missing fields rather than treating an assumed size or rating as confirmed.
For multi-line enquiries, include the drawing or relevant specification pages. This helps us separate like-for-like supply items, identify questions before pricing and avoid unplanned substitutions.
Specification and documentation checks
Product documents, test reports, manufacturer details and compliance evidence must match the exact offered item and the project requirement. Availability is confirmed against the requested specification; no universal resistance value or compliance outcome should be inferred from a product name alone.
Earthing design depends on soil conditions, fault-clearing arrangements, bonding, conductor sizing and the installation environment. Final selection should follow the project design and applicable standards.

Do you supply only materials or also installation?
Material-supply enquiries are welcome. Installation, testing or execution requirements must be scoped separately and, where required, handled through appropriately qualified contractor partners.
Can you confirm stock and delivery immediately?
Availability and delivery estimates are confirmed against the specific item, quantity and destination; they should not be assumed before the RFQ is reviewed.
