Do you only work in Ahmedabad and Gujarat?+
We are based in Ahmedabad and can support suitable projects across India. For locations outside Gujarat, site visits and travel arrangements are confirmed as part of the quotation.
What documentation do we get after the job is complete?+
Completed work can be followed by earth resistance testing using suitable calibrated instruments. Readings, electrode details and the test method are documented for the project record; any additional regulatory or inspection documentation depends on the installation and authority requirements.
How long does a typical installation take?+
A single electrode installation for a residential or small commercial site usually takes half a day. Larger systems with multiple electrodes or a full lightning protection system can take 1–3 days depending on scope. We confirm the exact timeline in the written quotation before starting.
What are your payment terms?+
We provide a detailed written quotation before any work begins, so the full price is agreed upfront with no surprises. For installation jobs, our standard terms are 50% advance and 50% on completion.
Can you handle annual testing for a system someone else installed?+
Yes. We can inspect and test existing earthing systems regardless of the original installer. Where readings or physical conditions indicate an issue, we explain the findings and the available corrective work.
Is there a minimum job size?+
We can consider single-electrode residential work, testing-only visits and larger industrial scopes. Scope, travel and commercial terms are confirmed for each enquiry.
Do you supply materials only, without installation?+
Yes. We can supply earthing and lightning-protection materials such as electrodes, GI/copper strip, earthing compound, clamps and inspection chambers. Product specification and quantity are confirmed against the project requirement.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC)?+
Yes. An AMC can be structured around periodic resistance testing, visual/connection checks and agreed maintenance activities. The exact frequency and scope are defined in the maintenance agreement and project requirements.
